We have been interested in doing solar at our home for some time, but thought it was out of reach. After meeting with multiple companies, Solar Power of Oklahoma is knowledgeable and respected as well as a company based in Oklahoma! The installation was clean and seamless and easy. All the staff has been wonderful and made the whole process easy!

Fantastic company! They helped me out with a system after another solar company left me with a system that was not hooked up properly. Good people.

My review is a little tricky based upon my bizarre case. The solar panel process could have gone better and it could have gotten a lot worse. So I am glad it didn't go too far sour. Without getting into too much of the nonsense, the only thing that was super shady was when they agreed to upgrade my panel to 200amps (in a meeting too! And I had someone with me, ) but then they told their electricians to just change out the the metal box. I talked to one of the owners of the phone and he said i didn't need it so he could credit me back.for the upgrade. (Not been credited but I also haven't checked back up on it) But once again. The shady thing was: Why agree to it, not plan on doing it, and pretend to do it.But I can imagine, that if everything else was fine and you knew what was going on and had all the dollars and the information this company would be great. The owners have been patient and somewhat accessible through my information freakouts and when I have been able to reach them they have been very level headed. I think it also depends on who you've surrounded yourself with. If I'm grumping with those that are also grumpy, don't know the process, or empathetic to my side of the story I can say that it was stressful and I probably should not have done it. but if i talk to those that also appreciate green energy and know a bit about loans and such, its not bad, it's beneficial and affordable and things are going to be okay. In retrospect, if.you are thinking about solar panels this is what I have to say...If you don't have a down deposit and aren't plush in the pockets. Don't do it.If you don't pay enough taxes to claim 30% for the equalling matching 30% of the loan that you will have to pay in the future DON'T DO IT.Unless you can pay 30% of the loan in 17 payments to avoid your monthly payments from rising. Also! If you don't have the down deposit and are banking on the tax rebate... start paying your monthly bills asap! Don't wait until the bank starts pulling a couple months later.... because then it's just interest for the whole year.

I have put a lot of research into Solar Panel installation. I can tell you that the team at Solar Power of Oklahoma were very knowledgeable and understanding to what we were looking for. They suggested the Hybrid system which suits our needs well. They installed it with precise and updated me every step of the way. They explained the payment option very well and use quality equipment with expert installers. Were happy we used SPO and would never trust anyone else when it comes to Solar installation.
