I have tried to use several Francis EV chargers around central and southwestern Oklahoma. The charging station rejects my payment for all my cards without any explanation. Nobody at Francis answers the support phone number listed on the charging station despite trying to contact them for 3 days. The Android app freezes when trying to create an account, and I never received the verification email it claims to have sent me. These chargers are total garbage.

Francis Solar is one of those *rare* vendors I appreciate so much - they are smart, know their industry, very client-focused, great problem-solvers, and see a project through to successful completion.
