Every time you call and hang up, the progress resets. You have to constantly call to try to resolve an issue that they created. But it never gets resolved. They always leave you on that Ill forward this to the other department or to the manager note and that the issue will be resolved within few weeks or that theyll contact you within 24 hours. I dont think they understand 624 hrs doesnt equal 24hrs.Tired of their dysfunctional call center, I came here to speak directly to someone. They told me that this is a call center, and gave me a number to call. Which, presumably, will be directed to this call center facility. And the whole cycle of wasting my time with calling these people begins. Again. What.

Power has been out for at least 3 hours and PSO customer service can not tell me ANYTHING. They have no estimated time of restoration and can't even tell me if the problem is currently being worked on. It is the middle of summer in Oklahoma and I have 4 children in my house trying to sleep in ridiculous temperatures. If I'm required to keep up with my bill monthly for sub par service (that goes out anytime it so much as sprinkles outside) then the LEAST customer service can do is give me updated information about when my children will be able to sleep in a comfortable temperature! Do yourself a favor and GO OFF OF THE GRID or invest in solar energy because you'll be just as comfortable that way as you will be subscribing to PSO!

A stellar example of why there should be competition in the energy market in OK. In Texas deregulation has worked great - no rolling brown-outs, great rates, and much better customer service. We've lost power at our house in Tulsa in 17 months more often than we did in Texas in over 20 years. Plus our rates were much lower.

They make a fine case for deregulation.
