They made appointments twice to give me an estimate on Solar. And never showed up, nor called to cancel. I don't understand what they think they are doing.

Have purchased 2 pellet stoves from this company in the last 25 years. Any time we have had an issue, they have been very helpful and they are very knowledgeable. Our first unit had major issues. The manufacturer was called, by this company, and they sent a rep to our home along with a rep from this company and they took care of our situation and kept us informed. Will definitely go back if we need to upgrade our stove.

I purchased a set of gas logs from this retail establishment slightly less than two years ago. I am giving them two stars for that experience- they have not been very good at communicating and returning phone calls then- but especially not now. I need my logs converted from LP to natural gas- we have been trying to get an answer about what was needed to do this for 4-6 weeks- ''we'll check and call you back'= NOT. This morning I finally was told they no longer sell the brand I purchased there and do not service them because they don't sell them- however, they sold these to me , so the moral of the story is they don't necessarily service what they sell! I asked who might service them and they told me to check the internet- now I am of the generation that does that last not first. So since they did not call me back today -AGAIN- i did check the internet and finally found someone to talk to and was told my model could Not be converted. NOW DON'T YOU THINK GETTYSBURG STOVE AND SOLAR COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT OVER A MONTH AGO?

This place has a rental property that we were to look at and we were there and come to find out call then today lady told me George had a emergency and then she turn around and said place has already been rented and come to find out they lied to me and my whole family.
