KC Green Energy installed 5 kWP solar system in 2017 and the system has been functional great. Everything was installed very professionally. No Issues with the system. Have referred several others to KC Green Energy and will continue too. Very satisfied client, and one of the best house investments I made.

Great installation and quality parts used.The post-installation support is close to non-existent.Customer service is nowhere to be found.Solar site monitoring is sporadic, at best.The company is either switching away from residential business or getting out of solar altogether. Oh and to the points below, the promised to compensate us for lack of monitoring, told us 'check was in the mail' and two weeks later, nothing. They also closed a ticket with Solar Edge before it was resolved (still have production issues).
