DO NOT USE SUNRUN. Their customer service sucks! Sold our house in July and signed the transfer to the buyers of our home 4 times and SUNRUN keeps telling us they didn’t receive it contrary to a text we received from them confirming they did receive it. Numerous calls from us and our realtor get us no where. Can’t send this review with giving at least one star but they don’t deserve that.
