Wonderful service. Elmer from Universal Solar came in and before I knew it his drill was already in the wall. Our new Split Level was up in no time, great clean up. All admin for warrantee was done by Elmer, I can recommend Universal Solar to anyone and I will hire Elmer in a New York second. Thank you Universal Solar.

Professional, meticulous, courteous, detail oriented, a perfectionist in every sense of the word. Elmer explained everything clearly throughout the installation process and answered all my questions. Early on, a battery alarm went off in the middle of the night and when I called him at 4 AM he responded right away, and was here by 5:30! (dont tell him I said that) Elmer also helped me when my van got stuck in mud... and pruned a hurting birch tree... in his spare time. Universal Solar exceeded my high expectations.

Today I received my tax refund including my 30 percent energy tax credit, so I thought it was time to post a review. 1st off Elmer is all the great things these reviews say about him. Talented, efficient and borderline perfectionist. I am picky but Elmer exceeded my expectations. My 9.9 kw system including 30 LG panels, a Sol-Ark hybrid inverter, a small battery bank, generator outlet, Rearranging breakers for a critical loadcenter and all the other good stuff needed to safely tie into the grid or to add more batteries and go off grid if I choose in the future. You decide what you think you want and need, and then Elmer will work with you and explain everything and create a custom system that gives you that and more. I have not been without power since my system went live in late December. Everything is working perfectly. When the sun is shining I look at my phone app for live access to my systems every detail and I smile. It is now April and my latest electric bill was barely over $20 (which is the PPL paperwork fee). I expect to produce more energy April thru September than I use, thus banking a credit to offset the shorter sunlight days during the winter months. Call Elmer today since I am sure he is in high demand.

In 2017 Universal Solar installed a Navian in our new home that provides hot water for the floor heat and also the domestic hot water, we were very happy with the all around service, i think their quality and price is unbeatable, the installation was very neat and clean, i would highly recommend Universal Solar, what a great Company!

Quality Service with Sincere Customer CareI have had my fair share of hiring companies that do terrible work and could care less about customer satisfaction. Universal Solar is far from one of those companies. Elmer went above and beyond my expectations and followed up several times to make sure I was happy. Very competitive pricing with top notch work. The install was done very cleanly and he was very attentive to curb appeal. I purchased the Navien 180A Tankless Hot Water Heater in February 2016 and and have not run out of hot water since. I have a family of 8 and my electric hot water heater was always leaving me with a cold shower. Not any more! I would highly recommend Universal Solar's work to anyone. A satisfied customer... and will be using again.
