Had a tough time with scheduling and installation. Starting to feel like a scam. Stan in mt. pleasant hasn't returned my calls until i expressed i didn't want the system. No one showed up for our scheduled appointment and the reschedule was not set/confirmed. Michael assured a crew would be sent in from Greenville for our install, which did happen, but during the install the setup for the panels should've been 8 front 8 back and they installed all 16 panels on the back. One of the workers said 'It would make their job easier.' This is not what i wanted, I wanted the solar system to produce energy throughout the day and it can't do that if all the panels are on the back. STAY AWAY FOR SOUTH CAROLINA SOLAR!

The install was great and that was it. The whole process was troublesome and the loans they signed me up for was not what he said they were and now Im facing a $900 payment for panels instead of $350 for electric bill. Let alone my spray foam was not completed, they drove through my yard, I went 4 months paying a loan for solar when the panels was not connected to SCEG. Only after threading law suit did they get to doing their job. Worst experience as a homeowner ever.

Our installation was completed ahead of schedule and we were so ecstatic! During the first month of total operation, we had nothing but dark rainy day after rainy day and our Duke bill was still in the NEGATIVE! Bonus - our panels look so sleek, streamlined and beautiful!

Sc solar is a fraud and dishonest, Sc solar is designed to steal from the hard honest working people. Sc solar does not see you as a client, it sees you as a potential VICTIM. Be careful Sc solar will take your money.
