I have never been so pleased from the service I received. They walked us through each step and what date it would happen. They made promises that I didn't think they would be able to keep, but they did!!! They system has performed just as they said it would. My electric bill went from $300 a month to $20 a month. I can't wait till we start getting sunny days. I could probably go on more about how pleased I am with South Carolina Solar. If your thinking about solar... Go with South Carolina Solar!!!

Best team ever!! We could not be more pleased with our system and the exceptional, A+ professional, courteous, customer service from Jon, Alan, and team from start to finish. Installation began at 8am, just as scheduled, and by lunch, like magic, we had approximately 30 panels in place on our roof. We like the fact that the manufacturer is a single, North American company producing all parts/software and the strong, transferable, 25-year warranty is also a plus. :) Definitely a green Thumbs Up!

Set an appointment at 9am. At 9am they cancel the appointment over an email, no call no show, because they say my income isn't hi enough without knowing my income.

After this company patronized me for being young and trying to add solar panels to my home, saying there was no way I could pay my own bills without my parents help, I decided to go with another company. This altercation occurred October, 2019. I have been harassed via email and text ever since. Please do not give this company your contact information unless you are comfortable with being insulted and harassed. There are plenty of other great companies offering the same deals.

We met with another company prior to the SCSP and also looked at several web sites. The staff at the SCSP was honest with us, did not try to pressure us or attempt to bait us with 'free' or 'extra' add-ons in order to get us to sign with them. Jon, our project manager, came to the appointment with a prepared estimate designed specifically for our home and displayed excellent product and process knowledge. He was on top of the whole project and kept us up to date at all times. He always responded to our questions immediately and helped every step of the way. Their installers were very kind, friendly and efficient. This family owned and operated company really cares about the work they are doing. I would choose them again!
