I cannot be more pleased with my initial dealings with RENU. We did a lot of research and leaned on others who had done their research and they kept showing up at the top of the list. They have been incredibly thorough yet expeditious. Our 37 panels were put on in a little more than six hours. The communication for the next steps has been impeccable and I cant wait to see how these panels will eliminate our electric bill. I cannot recommend them enough. I highly advise anyone to look into this and take advantage of the federal and state incentives for solar. And call RENU first to save you the trouble and the time.(ADDED 9/4) The panels were turned on. To my chagrin the inverter was acting up. Austin Winecoff was on site and before I could come back from an appointment, he had driven halfway to Charlotte, met another RENU team member with a new inverter, and had it installed and working upon my arrival. Now THAT is service. I work in an industry that's not 100% perfect all the time - but our responses to problems CAN be. All I can say is RENU's responsiveness is unmatched and that, combined with the technology, makes them a superior energy solutions provider.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Jeremy and Rachel for all of their help in setting up solar installation. They both went above and beyond the call of duty. Great to work with and can't wait for the finished project results!
