My thanks to the fellows that go out in dangerous situations to restore our power. In my opinion it takes a special person to do this. People.say that's their job that's what they get paid for. On a regular day yes but during storms these fellows are out in dangerous situations, working long hours above their usual time. They keep pushing their selves until all power is restored. HORRY ELECTRIC HAS AN AWESOME TEAM. AGAIN I SAY THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO.

This is one of the worst businesses in Horry County. There is not one single aspect of this company that is good. They are the only power company for most of Horry County and they know we have no choice but to use them if we want electricity. They are suppose to be a co-op owned by the members according to their advertising. That is total BS. They are owned only by the money greedy executives that sit in the office with big bank accounts. Members in no way have a say or do they benefit from this company.
