Totally irrelevant to service, but one day my toddler locked me out of the house and there were two technicians doing work near my house and they helped me get back in my house. I was so grateful! Thank you for outstanding community service.

after open the gas account without gas for 4 days ,we don't have any hot water for 4 days .we make many phone call to report no gas ,customer services won't listen , they just say gas account is open .we have gas in this address . they keep told us to call the plumber to light the pilot . finally , we get plumber send out , he told us gas been cut off . we need cpw to turn on it with their own tool . totally waste times and money . very upset !!!
