Horrible. It rained for 20 minutes, the power went out and has been out for 6 hours! Literally everyone else in the upstate has power. No power outage map or way of checking to see an estimated time that service will be restored.

I keep my thermostat on 75 and my bills are still terrible. I have a new fridge, new hot water heater and I keep everything I'm not using unplugged. I wish y'all could do something to help us poor people on a fixed income?I've been a good customer for over 25 years and never been cut off. I pay my bills the best I can. And according to some of these reviews on here y'all really should not cut someone off whom you've not notified. It could spoil their food and not to mention you charge a reconnect fee. There needs to be more compassion for your customers. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and unfriendly. I ended up having to drive 40 miles to the power station to fill out the power application. When the Jonesville town hall was closed 1 hour for lunch and the lady on the phone didn't tell me that. When I got to the station the lady that took my application was friendly, but the one I talked to on the phone was there and still rude and never apologized.

They are extremely crooked, when i paid my deposit, they tried to make me pay a bill that i didnt owe, it was my girlfriends bill from a while back before we ever met, they threatened to turn my power off if i had her over at my house, even though the bill was not in my name, and now they are trying to make me pay another deposit for 475 dollars cause i paid a bill late, and a late fee, and they basically told me there was nothing i could do about it, a government agency needs to come and investigate this company
