Ricardo is a true professional: capable, competent, efficient andsmart!My 7.2 KWh system had been installed by someone else and wasjust not producing like I expected. The original installers were notresponsive at all after the sale. I sought a second opinion withRicardo and he discovered shoddy work, disconnected wires, and anunbalanced system. He rewired and balanced the system, reset theparameters and now the system is finally producing the way itshould have been all along!Throughout the process Ricardo explained what needed to be doneand what the charges would be.He was easy to work with and reliable.
