Ive decided to move out of orangeburg simply because Im tired of being out of power 8 to 10 times a year. I had less power outages when I was deployed to Afghanistan. Know lie!!!!Update three weeks after I this my power was out again

IM GETTING READY TO MOVE TO ORANGEBURG SC, IF THE POWER PEOPLE IS THAT BAD ,I REALLY DONT WANT TO USE THEM. HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT ,? I HEARD 700.00 DEPOSIT. I USE TO HAVE SCE&G ,THEY WERENT THAT BAD .
