Solza Power

These guys approached me right when I moved into my new home in April. I decided to sign up and get solar panels installed. Solza Power works with United Solar whom does the installation. Solza Power seems to be sales guys. I thought it was going to be done in about a month, but these guys after they sell you the solar panels. They don't answer the calls very much. Since mid April it took till end of July to get the solar panels installed. They dropped the ball, and had not applied to my HOA for a permit to get it installed. It was applied until Mid August. No inspection could be scheduled until this was approved. Approval came early September. Inspector said they do same day inspections. The installers only come to install. They did not seal any holes made by the installation. Inspection failed due to a few issues. I had to wait Early October to get another re-inspection. United Solar had to send their warranty guy to fix all issues found by inspector. I was able to turn on solar panels at the end of October. Six months after talking to Solza Power. Their sales pitch makes it sound inexpensive. Take into consideration that all money is up front. 50% at signing of the contract, and 50% after installation is complete. Any tax rebates they use as incentive with a lower price is not applicable until you do your taxes, and that's only IF you have to pay a lot of money in taxes. I have to pay about $21K if I can't get any of the tax rebates to the bank. These guys just want to make the sale. I still have to see my first bill if it was worth it. Interest rates are kind of high if you finance.

I really wish the people at this company would respect the fact that we have told them MULTIPLE times that we are not interested in doing business. Today marks the second time that someone has come knocking on our door asking for a statement of our electric bill to see if we qualify. I'd like to add that our community has a no soliciting policy and there is a sign upon entrance but here we are...

Great product & company. Im glad this company reached out to me and got me solar! Yes, they knocked on my door but they were so polite it wasnt a problem to me at all.
