We have had non-working solar panels for 3 months. We were told a part needed to be ordered and replaced in late Feb. We've made several calls with no follow-up and no resolution. They are hard to reach. The service crew was wonderful when they came out in Feb. to reposition the panels. We are not sure that we made a good decision in signing up with Sun Run.

My panels have not worked in the past 5 months following a thunderstorm. I have been given the run around about if/when they will be fixed. Apparently there is only 1 tech in our area that was hurt and the parts needed are not readily available.... Here is the kicker..... They still want me to pay for the panels monthly fee even though they are not working. So I am paying a full electricity bill AND SunRun for services NOT rendered....OR they send me to collections!!!! I was very skeptical about solar panels from the beginning and now I know I should have gone with my gut.....

Sunrun installed panels, I do not have enough panels for the size of my home. They will tell you anything to get a signature. I have tried to resolve the matter on numerous occasions with no luck. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
