Was glad to find a fellow Tennessean to source SHURflo brand of solar pumps from. Sandy and Thomas are helping me take care of an urgent order with expediting and considering all options for faster delivery including a destination address change directly to a job-site.

I ordered a solar tube & LOVE IT! The owner was super helpful fielding my endless questions. She pointed me in the direction of an installer I trusted. The whole process was fast. Very satisfied!

I ordered this item back in May 2015, its a refrigerator. When the item arrived it was not working. I followed standard protocol and contacted manufacturer, who had me ship the item to them. When they returned the item, screws were missing, and the item was still not working. Manufacturer had me ship the item back again, and once again upon arrival the unit was still not working. They not want me to take this unit to a repair place that is located over 1 hour away from where I live. As a customer, I purchased an expensive item, it was defective from day 1, and after 2 rounds of repairs the item is still defective. I feel at this time, I should be able to return this defective item for a full refund.Please note that all I wanted was to buy a refrigerator, and this has turned into a 2 month saga filled with phone calls, emails, shipping and returns. I should be able to just buy an item and have it worked correctly and be treated as a valued customer, and not have to run around, as if the defective unit is somehow my problem.
