21+ hours without power in Ten Mile. They have no backup ability to reroute power around areas. Very weak system and lines. Being a monopoly, they don't care. Susan, at their Decatur desk is rude and likes to interrupt the customers.

Their service is terrible. Always power surges from them killing and rebooting sometimes as many as three times in roll, which is very hard on air units and anytime they decide to do maintenance they turn their main office phones off. That way when you think that there is a problem and need to report the outage or try to see if already reported you cant. Is Cleveland Utilities this bad? I also live on Frontage Rd just as another who posted earlier (Tyler Leach) and see where their unit has gone out three times. It is definitely very hard on them and units are Not cheap! I guess this is my Biggest problem with them along with little additional charges they always seem find to tag on bill.

I guess I won't eat tonight can't cook because I haven't had power for hours after an extremely light storm
