Rates are good compared to where I moved from but overall this company is terrible to deal with - Their office staff are totally incompetent and inefficient.

I had a bad water leak. It was from my hot water line. When I tried to get help from electric company they said there isn't any help what isn't in your control isn't there problem they want there money pay or get turned off

This is the worst electric company in the history of electric service. They are a company that monopolizes people over power & turns people power off over $30 in $600 of 2 months billing . I scheduled a payment of $230 for 2 weeks after the bill due date and they sent an email confirmation that my payment was scheduled and turned the power off 3 days later . If you guys want to get together to go to the news or the mayor please let me know . This company is horrible and $ hungry and needs to be reported . Im completely tired of this treatment and horrid behavior . They all have attitudes and Sharon is not a good help here in the office and she is suppose to be the manager ! Im going to get this company shut down

They get 3 stars from me, and that is only because they are good at getting your power back on pretty quickly. Customer service is lacking though. Also have many unexplained power surges, which is rough on anything electrical.
