I disagree with the below statement. Called to talk to someone about a new residental project upwards of 30k, was put on hold, then girl came back and asked me to email chris. Thats the best way. I asked if there was a phone number so i can speak to him, i have some questions and comments id like to ask. She insisted i email them instead . I thanked her and hung up. If i wanted to email them i would of done that before calling. I called because i like to speak to people and feel email is very impersonal. In my opinion, so is this company. Thanks for showing me i should take my project elsewhere. Done!
