This place is highway robbery, they price gouge home they could care less about you or your need as long as there getting money from you. Research your area before hand you will be surprised how this company is fraud.

Very nice staff and usually good service to take care of power outages. They have corrected mistakes reading my meter without a big hassle and know their customers pretty well that come in to at their bills.

Very poor customer service and had an attitude. Not wanting to do there job that they are getting payed for. Poor management. Not wanting to help. If there were another electric company I would not use them.
