Most convoluted auction process I have ever seen when multiple lots are involved, and I have been to a lot of auctions and bought a number of lots, farms and houses at auction. This Saturday, I saw the same farm auction at least 3 times before I got disgusted and left. Each time, the gavel dropped with a high bidder but the auction was allowed to reopen due to someone having remorse that they did not bid higher or get in on the bidding during the first or second round. It was more like watching a Dirty Santa gift exchange. Yes, this complicated process was announced prior to the bidding but it is very, very buyer-unfriendly. Bidder beware!
