I've been a customer since 1979. Always good rates. But I want to comment on the service. I called to report an outage on a hot Saturday afternoon in July, after everything and everbody was closed. In about an hour, the repair trucks were here, fixed the problem and restored my power. I had wrongfully estimated the power would be out for hours. Thank you for responding so quickly TVEC!!!!

Good service and prices. Only complaint would be the guys out in the field working on the lines always seem real arrogant.
