This company is a scam. They screwed my mother in law out of a ton of money. They only offer a 1 year warranty where every other solar company offers 10/ 25. Wiring is not up to code. When she called to complain, they told her 'I told you this would help in the long run, not the short run'. She's currently paying $130 a month for the panels on top of $100 a month in electric. Brian Palmer is a criminal and should be locked up for what he's done.

I would advise not to use this company. To start off, when the company installed my panels they did not provide information on how to operate the system. I called the owner to set up multiple dates and always end up not showing. Next, the company installed a solar fan in my attic that was misplaced. The city of Killeen information that the installment was wrong and that any licensed contractor would know. The city has warned my that a fine could be assess if not corrected. I reached out to the company to fix the problem and they have been avoiding my calls. Now I am working on a case for legal action.

Excellent overall experience from initial consultation to post-installation. Gopro Solar did a great job answering my questions in a responsive manner without being pushy about the solar cost in Austin.
