Misleading marketing and advertisements. Ads advertise a payment of $99/month, when in reality that's not realistic at all. The first person we talked to mentioned a 7-year breakeven, but when we actually talked with them later we were presented with a 25-year payment plan. Nice staff, but they really need to coordinate with the marketing people so customers know what they're getting into.

I worked with James Garbo at freedom solar and it was a great experience. I've had the panels for a couple months now and they're producing power as expected and I've received all the rebates (city and federal) as advertised. James was a terrific communicator and he was able to answer all my questions from start to finish. He clearly and accurately let me know what I should expect regarding the loan, the installation, the city, etc. I'm very happy I worked with him and I'm very satisfied with not only the product, but the ease of the entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone..
