Wells Solar - Austin

One of the only solar companies to offer 25 year parts and labor warranty. My son has worked in the solar industry for 10 years and says theyre the best residential installer in Texas. We installed 24 solar panels on our house(different state different company) and have been receiving a credit around $150 per month!

I met with Wells to get some information about solar. The salesman Nick who was sent did a good job explaining all the benefits and wasnt pushy in the process. Some other companies were very high pressure.

Wells Solar has been great to and for us. We had a system installed the first week of February 2020. Wells helped us navigate the city & power company approval process, and the system went live 3 weeks later on the 25th.It became obvious that there was a problem, and all it took was one call to Wells and a service technician was dispatched the same day. Problem fixed.A secondary issue arose with our Tesla powerwall, and they dispatched a technician first thing the next day. I am very satisfied with the staff, installers, help desk, & on-site technicians that Wells has and their quick response to every question or issue that weve encountered. I am less than impressed by the Tesla support staff, however, but that should not reflect poorly in Wells, they have gone above and beyond.In the three weeks that everything has been fully up and running, we are quite satisfied with the company, the product, and the service. We would (and have) recommend(ed) Wells Solar to everyone who will listen. Despite how much rain and overcast weve had since everything went online last month, we have still managed to very nearly break even on our first electric bill (and that was with start delayed a full week into the billing cycle).Update:Two full months of usage to base our observations on have not changed our opinions. This last month, we used the powerwall every night. If you are considering adding a powerwall to your solar system, get two. We are working out how to add a second one to our system.

I'm trying to cancel my purchase and installation agreement within the allowable 3 day period, but keep getting the run around from the customer service and sales department. My purchase agreement was supposed to include the cancellation form, but it did not. Seems shady

O'neal was very informative and professional during our consultation. I'm super excited to get my system up and running and start saving some money. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Best company I've met with over the last year.
