Just had power outage, service was down for about an hour and a half, not very pleasant in August but y'all got it fixed pretty quick and I really appreciate that, thank you.

Good and not so good only giving 2 stars overall. Ruthie the Engineer was awesome and got my electric in as promised. Not happy about the fees they have. First off i have lived in Texas over 20 years and have never seen fees like this. A 1 time member fee of 25.00 thats ok 1time. A monthly 25.00 fee to have a electric meter in your name what kind of B/S is that, even if you do not use 1kw of electric you pay 25.00 a month for nothing. If it was not for that ridiculous charge i would give them 5 stars as the rates are good.

Power has been off for over 3 hours. Can't get through when I try to contact BEC. Automated service says I'm next in line to speak to someone for 30 minutes then the recording stops. Automated call quit working. Should be able to expect better. Very disappointed.
