We have used Bluebonnet Electric in Brenham for 3 years now. We live a few miles from town on acreage, so I am not sure if that is the difference between my review and the others on here. Every time I have had an issue or have had to get new service run for raw pieces of land, they are super helpful and kind. It may take a lengthy amount of time to get what we need done, but most of the time its because we are requesting some pretty unique circumstances (new power lines needs, new meter loops, etc.) . From the ladies in the office, to the field guys, I have zero complaints about the service I have received and we are on project number 3 of building on raw land that needs all new power. I wish that there were more energy provider choices in this town. This company is wicked in it's unwillingness to work with their customers. I've been with them for over 10 years, and have had only a handful of positive experiences when having to deal with them. Come out of your archaic practices and learn to appreciate ALL of your customers. Not only the select few that sit in the upper middle class range.
