not a nice company, since we who live out here do not have a choice of providers. they can dictate policy. late a couple times in by a few days in twenty years- $500 or shut your power off. wish i had a choice- would change providers now

We have used Mid-South since 1989. Only one issue all these years. We E-pay through the bank and one check didn't show up. Had to make a quick trip to the bank to get the power turned back on because the weekend was the next day. That check showed up about 3 months later. I'd say that is a very good record! I appreciate all the work they do for us.
