This is the worst, most dishonest and unacceptable experience we have ever had with a company. They misrepresented what we were receiving and signing a contract for. We moved from our home and were given no options but to continue to pay for a system we no longer had. When contacted, they charged us over $1700 to close the contract that we specifically told them not to do.

Hands down the WORST company I have ever had deal with!! I don't know how they are still in business!! Find someone else for your home security system!! Only giving one star because I have to!!

Great company to work with! Best security system Ive ever had in my home. The doorbell camera is far better than the ring with a way clearer view instead of that fish eye view. Recommend it to everyone out there!
