We have now completed the cycle reporting Solar Bear for terrible service. We have made reports to the BBB, State Attorney's Office, The Department of Consumer Affairs. Corning Credit and Sunlight Financial have opened inquires on our behalf. We are minus our Generator and have had promises broken and been lied to about Permits on two occasions. There is absolutely no responsible organizational management. Now for the last two days no one answers the phone. Hopefully someone will get their attention.

I had panels installed in Nov 2020 and Now in Sept 2021 they still do not work. Many phone calls and nothing changes. Promises but nothing more. Only use them if you want your life to be a nightmare
