I had a great experience with Genesis Solar. From the initial quote through the final installation, Genesis Solar was on top of things and kept me informed along the way. The installation and customer service teams were professional and prompt and the final product looks great. I just flipped the switch and the system is producing electricity! There were no issues and they were very easy to work with. The whole process from start to finish was so much simpler than I thought it would be.

I cannot express my satisfaction with Genesis Solar enough. I was very apprehensive at first, but my fears were put to rest through their very diligent customer service and quality work. The installation process was the best experience I have ever had. The supervisor went above and beyond to ensure top-notch quality work, and he was more of a perfectionist than I am. They took steps that I wouldn't have even have noticed, but it showed the level of quality that they were committed to in their work. My installation was perfect, down to the last detail. Everyone on their team kept me regularly updated on every step. And every appointment was right on schedule. I could not have been more pleased. If you are considering solar, look seriously at Genesis Solar. I don't write many reviews, but I seriously believe they earned this review.

Excellent service and customer interface throughout the process. Quality and professional from the start. They delivered what was promised. The communication all the way from the start to the finish was superb. They also took care of setting up the financial aspects so the whole process was a no brainer for me. I would highly recommend it.
