Un helpful, i walked i and started explaining what i needed the first guy say's ' i don't know what your talking about 'and ponts to the next guy. I start telling the guy what i need (heat transfer paper) for digital printing and heat pressing. Not once did i say the word vinyl but somehow thats all these guys knew as if thats the only thing you can heat transfer. I mean pretty self explanatory and not to mention i kept saying digital printing. Finally the guy is like ' oh sublimation' and i said similar but they are different inks used for that. Long story short he says they dont have any of what im looking for which is bull because the info on the website saying they had it is why i went to begin with. These guys don't even know what they have in stock its ridiculous. Ill just take my business elsewhere. This guys sending me to walmart like i dont know where to find a standard size unflexible heat tranfer paper.

These guys are great. Never had an issue with them. If it's not in stock they'll get it pretty quick. Large selection and online presence is helpful when trying to find the right part. Unlike their competition they actually know what their selling. Can't go wrong with these guys, I recommend.
