Amazing customer service from Isaiah! Helped us get the lowest plan and get us out of the horrible deal we were on. I recommend anyone and everyone who uses reliant to visit them in store for any questions or concerns you have because they helped us out way more than the phone representative we spoke to. Thank goodness for this new location! Ill finally be paying for what I actually use

Cannot wait until contract ends so I can find a different service provider. I live in a 1100sq ft townhome by myself and have free weekends and my bill was almost $300 for one month. When I called to complain that no way my bill should be that much for this small apt, 1 person and temp set at 68. They did nothing. Reliant is price gouging

I went to renew my contract cause i was getting 400 dollar electric bills.When i got the contract renew they told me that if i was to cancel all i had to pay was 295 dollars.I switched to a different brand of electricity and prefer the rates over reliant.My bill came in and i saw my monthly usage and cancellation fee on there then they charged me another 800 dollars cause of the billing plan.My complete total was 1200 dollars for electricity.Number 1 thats outrageous how can they get away with stuff like that Number 2 i dont think they care about their customersAnd Number 3 they are charging alot more for the kilowatt then other companies.
