The Friendswood office needs a complete housecleaning. Only gave them 1 star because otherwise they won't let you post. We need an alternate provider of power distribution assets in Galveston County.

the cirro and TNMP have really bad service. my home is 1472 sq, two adults one kid , and last month bill hit 480 dollars , it is unbelievable, cirro can not do anything about it besides charging money and TNMP even can not get me a date when they are gonna send a technician to come over my home after i request a meter reread. baaaaaaaad! keeeeeeep away from these two companies.
