I have a new home/piece of land I paid my deposit and inspection fee. Its been 2 weeks and they still havent been out to my house. Ive called numerous times over the last 2 weeks for information on when they may come out and the 4 different ladies I spoke with are all rude and need to take a customer service class because they dont talk to people in a respectful manor. They can never provide a date on when the inspector will be out, rather there unanimous answer is It May be several weeks before they can get to my property. Furthermore they rush you off the phone and one of them even speaks Over you while your talking. If there are any other options in your area for electric go there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
