Went to drive through window in Lone Star, Texas before 4:00 pm 12/20/17 & 12/21/17 only to find a yellow sheet of paper stating 'Closed for the day, Glenda.If that's not bad enough, I called the number to make a payment over the phone, and it said 'hold for next agent' and I HELD FOR TWENTY MINUTES and only the recording kept saying the same messages!!! That is simply unacceptable!!! I have $17.00 dollars on the prepaid account and can't even make a payment!!! If the electricity is cutoff, I'm going to speak with a lawyer.
