Answers or reviews needed by the owners! My wife is disabled, she's in oxygen & oxygen with her CPAP MACHINE! Needing to know is it any kind of critical program she need to be added to so our services will not be interrupted. We always pay our services on time each month!!! Do we need to get her Physician to provide a written letter to have on file? Due to the bad weather our power grid has been going off & on every 20 minutes. The house will not stay warm with these conditions & she's needing the oxygen and with the CPAP Machine, because she stops breathing in her sleep!!! It's been at least 4 days with interrupted services and she feels like she's developing PNEUMONIA in the conditions the services has left us without!!! PLEASE IS IT ANY INFORMATION YOU COULD PROVIDE US WITH IN THE SITUATION YOU'VE PUT US IN...WITHOUT ADEQUATE SERVICES. THANK YOU IRA & MARILYN RANDLE
