They keep the electricity pumping while screwing their customers with cyclical billing scams.If you get with them they will pretend to be doing you a favor by giving you a 'discounted rate' with some obnoxious amount of options (I think over 300 different plans?) The truth is they just wait for you to forget about your electric contract so they can screw you when your plan expires. I have no idea why people thing selecting a plan is 'normal' for utilities. Reminds me of back when cell phone companies use to charge for the amount of texts you could send.Very greedy company. Im moderately impressed how they found a way to screw their customers while pretending to do them a favor.
