I signed the contract back in February. It is almost June and I still don't have the solar hooked. The only person that ever answers my emails is Ashley Cavazos. The so called account manager has never followed up on my account or responded to my email. I have made 2 payments with the 3rd one due for a system that isn't even working. Terrible experience.

Many people have tried to sell me solar throughout the years and failed - but Eric Koob was the most well-prepared professional in this industry that I have ever met, and all of my concerns were addressed in a very knowledgeable yet non-condescending way. I did not feel as if I was strong-armed in any way into making this purchase, and for the first time felt like someone was trying to help me install solar for my actual benefit rather than to just make a sale out of me. Very happy with the service that I received.
