Best electric service I can ever remember having. Reasonably priced and truly good service record compared to the rest. Been with them for over two years, and dont give the incentive bait checks to switch to other companies a second thought.

Bill is to high . I live in a apartment. This was a very bad decision to transfer to this energy company. I highly recommend you do not do business with them.

Just switched to other company.First year was ok. But when the 1st year plan ends, they automatically move me to another plan, which has 40% higher price... I thought it was the hot weather making my bill skyrocketing high, turns out it is Reliant changing the rate, from ~0.7 /kwh to be ~1.0 /kwh !!!

STAY AWAY! ! ! This is has to be the worst energy company in the world. Sales team will lie in order to get a sale. I am still waiting for the $300 billing incentive they promised me a year later. I have sent in a serial number of complaint to corporate and nothing has been rectified.
