Solar Electric Texas

So we ended up getting these solar panels and I honestly regret it !!!! We saved no money and always payed our CPS at the same price every month !!!! When we got the panels we were told we would only have one bill that would be $75 and when we get the tax credit at the end of the year, if we pay it towards them our bill will go lower !! Everything was great for 2 years until we got a phone call from the actual finance company That we haven't paid a bill for those 2 years !!!! Apparently the $75 bill was Solar Electric Texas installation fee which was through Mosaic costing at least $8000 !!!!!!! I was furious because we were paying that and then had to start paying the actual finance company $245 !!! And we owed the finance company $13,000 !!!! Plus our CPS Bill !!!! Which never went down !!!!!!! It was always between $100 and $190 !!!! The sales person did not explain anything and just through out the good stuff !!! So yes it is my fault for not looking further into but I do not recommend this company !!!!!

Excited Beyond Words!!! Our electric bill has dropped a great amount over this past year and what an investment! But, the true aspect is the customer service with Solar Electric Texas from the beginning to today, with follow ups and checking our system. I have been referring Solar Electric Texas to family, friend, and co-worker and they are happy as well. Thank you Solar Electric Texas for EVERYTHING!!! You all ROCK!!!!

The price is great here. And they work to figure out any rebates which helps with what you pay. The installation is great. I haven't had any issues with the panels. Just be sure to follow up is all. They get really busy but well worth it.
