We are very unhappy with this company. Weve had our panel installed in October. In November, we were told that CPS would be by to inspect and turn them on. It is now July and they are still not on nor has anyone answered our calls in getting help. They seem to be passing it on to another company. Doesnt help that we are already paying for something that has not even been turned on as well as still paying our regular CPS bill. Weve reached out many times and no one calls us back. I wish we could just uninstall then now.

Currently 10 months with inactive panels on the roof. Just got emailed saying I have to setup my inverter and I do believe have a 3rd inspection since the first one in...November? The months are blending together. They have paid for my first 3 bills but the last 3 are still unpaid. Blaming the virus for unpaid bills now. How about last August? I'm paying cps and solar bill loan. Fantastic way to save money.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! I would give 10 stars if I could! Went Solar with TSS and it makes all the difference in the world. I was just plain fed up having to guess how much my bill would be just because I wanted to be comfortable in my own home. Professional people that handled my every need, helped me get incentives for my system, they even made sure to get those local panels like I requested and were just overall a step above the others I spoke with in knowledge & keeping their word. That goes a long way with me being 100% Texan. They took care of me and I would recommend this company to anyone even thinking about gettin panels. You'll thank me after you see their results the way I did.
