They installed my panels and I never heard back from them again. Wish i done my research a bit better. Be careful

I was uncertain at first because I couldn't find reviews on line. We have had our system for 2 years. We went from paying$280. a month to$38 after all is said and done. We love the value.

I have made the right decision, by choosing Solstice Energy, in going solar. The job was done professionally and was done sooner than expected. The crews are amazing, easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions regarding the job. None of this would have been possible without the help of Caleb. Caleb walked me through out the entire process with ease. He is the type of person who would go above and beyond for anyone thinking about going solar. Thank you Solstice and thank you Caleb

If I could give this company negative stars I would. First off the sales man Kaleb sold me the panels with the fantasy I would receive the federal rebates offered within the (interest free) time frame the lender allows which would of significantly lowered my payments. I was told that my monthly power bill would be comparable to what my average power bill was at time of purchase. However he failed to mention that tax incentives are based on taxable income ( which means if you never pay at end of year you'll never see rebates). I have 6 kids and my Husband was deploying the following year. So needless to say we NEVER have any taxable income and the year following my husbands income was all tax free. So we will never be able to claim tax credits because they will continue to roll over until my kids are gone. We will long be out of our home before these tax credits ever kick in. I called and complained and they promised to do solar parties at my house and put a percentage of sales towards my panels since they screwed me. It has now been 2 years and I continue to get the rude run around from who ever is in charge because conveniently the owner/manager who made solar part arrangements with me conveniently doesn't work there anymore. My Payments for panels are 258.00 + 8.98 to stay connected to power company. My old average power bills were 125.00 mo.. I now pay 268.98 a month for power. Its ridiculous. Solar panels are a joke and so is this company and its shady sales men. They installers were great and timely.
