A year ago the street lights went out in front of our place and told them ours stayed on 24/7 while the others went of by sensor. They fixed the lights but not the sensor. Two months ago I reported that 4 street lights were out again. Two of them light up the entrance to our Community, after almost a month nothing done so I called again and was told he is very busy. Well here it is almost two months and still not fixed so either 'HE' is not very productive or they need to hire more help it shouldn't take over Two months to replace some bulbs in street lamps.

I called in because I had an issue with an old address' utilities bill. I was recently charged during 2019 when I stopped living at the address in Oct 2017! No idea how that happened. So I called and during the interaction I had with the woman who answered my call I felt rushed. I told her that I had been charged during this month and she said 'you couldn't have been charged' so I offered to send my bank movements because I was charged and I wouldn't be calling if I hand't.Customer Service skills are always a great quality to have. My feedback would be to use those skills and take time to listen to the customer, take the appropriate action to assist them, and avoid interruptions when the customer is trying to explain the situation. Overall, my issue was resolved properly, it is just the interaction during the call that could improve.

Literally the worst power company and the ONLY reason I hate living in Lehi. They are plain bullies. It was a pain to transfer into our names in he first place because the first receptionist I talked to was literally a witch. I set up electronic payments months ago and they are saying it never went through. Never got a notice in the mail power shut off or anything. Now they want a huge sum of money to turn power back on and will not accept any sort of payment arrangement. I can't currently pay that sum as it is ourtrageously large for a 3 bedroom town home. They apparently only accept cash or card and won't do a bank routing number. It's infuriating. I never had issues like these with Rocky Mountain Power.
