They are ok. They did get me the panels I wanted, but tried to follow up several times for bird protection to stop them from going under my panels and they won't get back to me. The install was a pain and they decided to do it over the Christmas holiday and pretty much plugged up my garage during that time which took longer then they anticipated. Price was competitive but high for what it was. They had to come back several times due to things not being right and the power company not wanting to turn it on because of it. Install was clean and everything looks good. A couple of the panels were damaged but I guess they hid it well?. Everything seems to work ok just wish they would help me out with the birds as they will mess the panels up over the long run..

They will not fix their products when you have problems. Way overpriced as we have found out. And the salesman David Selleck has vanished cannot find anyone from xtreme solar the installers. They contract through new star solar. Every time we call new star they hang up on us and won't take our calls. Don't buy from them or you will regret it like we do!

We have had nothing but good interactions with this company. The salesman were very knowledgeable and honest.(i researched everything between meetings, and they were honest). Panels are jet black and look awesome. Install was easy and quicker than we thought.

We went through an ambassor of New Star Solar (Xtreme Solar) and it resulted in a nightmare of a situation. The solar array performs at a fraction of the projected amount and New Star has done ZERO to assist with fixing the situation. I have called countless times, written e-mails on a weekly basis, and beyond a rare response that they are working on it, NOTHING has been done. Beware buyer, if you have an issue, you are going to be left high and dry.
