They were wonderful salesmen but not so great with installation or after. We signed the contracts in September and didnt have a functioning system until almost the end of March. We got no communication about the instillation process, wed have people showing up at random times (the day after Thanksgiving for one) with no notice, they totally installed them before having the inspections completed so they had to be removed and re-installed. We repeatedly asked for better communication and to be notified before people came but nothing changed. Once the panels were up and running something went wrong, we werent told there was a problem, once again someone just showed up. We really wish we had of gone with a different installer.

I wish I wouldve went with a local company. I shouldve known better than to put my trust in a smooth talker from out of state that never fulfilled one promise. I never saw the sales rep again, but I heard plenty of excuses from the company owner on why there was delay after delay. All of the delays wouldnt have been so bad if I had a working system, but nope, nothing... just a hundred more excuses from Isaac. My neighbor bought solar a month after I did from another company- not only are they already installed but I found out they paid about $6000 less. They might have earned the 1 star, if I had a working system by now.

Not organized at all it shouldnt take 4 months for install another 2 months to pass inspection...are you kidding me. Also they wouldnt return our calls because 4 panels werent working so we had to pay out of own pocket to have another solar company fix their mess...filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency in Utah because thats what the contract I signed says...UGH!!!

I'm a Colorado excavation contractor that has not been paid for two jobs I did for them. No communication. The owner Issac is very unprofessional.Taking legal action.
