Well, where do I start...It started out as a great experience, until I wanted to upgrade my system after one year because I wasnt producing enough solar yearly. Nick took good care of me and upgraded my system. Everything was fine until the next year in April when a few of my panels stopped working. Dustin was very responsive and came out to fix it. It worked perfect until the following April (this April). I called Dustin again and he was very responsive. He came out tried to fix it and thought he fixed it, but a day or two later the panels werent working again. I called Dustin again and he came back out after a couple weeks. He again tried to fix it, but to no avail couldnt figure it out. He thought he fixed it again. Dustin was responsive again, but I called Ben to try and come out, he said he would but never did. Dustin came back a few weeks later and worked on it for a few hours but it still doesnt work. I have been trying to get in touch with Dustin and/or Ben for over a month now and I cant even get a call back/response. I just want my $60K solar system that is only 3 years old to work properly. If I can get them to fix it I would be more than happy to update this post. But until then, not a satisfied customer at all. Very disappointed. Especially since I gave them a couple referrals as well.

Stay away. Lost half my production after two years and can not get in touch with the company to even figure out what is wrong. Find somebody else to do your solar.

Updating my previous review. Their is no warranty for golf ball damage. 4 of our panels are now useless because of golf ball damage. We are only recieving 30% of the power we started with. solarworks response: 'Sorry that is not covered under warranty. You should not have bought them if you live on a golf course' Wow. 30k investment down the drain.

SolarWorks installed my Solar panels in 2015. They knew how important it was to me to have my panels in before the end of the year for my 2015 Taxes. They went above and beyond, even working the week of Christmas to get my system done. Gary and Nick were fantastic to work with, taking time to answer all my questions. I originally got quotes from 3 different Solar companies. SolarWorks won my bid due to quality, price and most of all the people. I'm currently producing about 2X what I use each month and loving that $0 electic bill. I highly recommend that you get a quote from SolarWorks before you make a decision about your own Solar setup.Update: I'm still loving my solar setup and how it produces more power than my family uses. I wanted to comment on SolarWorks customer service after the sale/installation. First off, I have received several calls, after dust storms, etc asking how my solar array is doing and reminding me to rinse the array off with plain water. (This is done standing firmly on the ground with my garden hose, no ladders or climbing involved! ) After one such call, I noticed the display on my converter looked as if I was not sending power to the utility company. I called SolarWorks and they came right out to look at it. There was a problem but it was covered by warranty and replaced at no charge to me. Thanks SolarWorks! I'm still very happy with my decision!
