I have been so amazed by the service from everyone that I have been in contact with at Progressive Power Solutions. I started my research years ago when an electric wholesale company said he would only recommend two solar installers in the state. I have done a lot of reading about solar and still these guys have answered all my questions and I had a LOT of them. They are upfront and honest about the work they and they stand by it 100%. I have a small issue and asked them to look at it and they took care of the next day. I can't speak highly enough of them. I read through the reviews prior to using them as well....Don't believe for a second Norm being rude....I didn't know who he was before I bought the solar panels, but I consider him and everyone at this company a personal friend. Since my initial installation, I have had them install 5 other systems on friend's and family roofs and everyone has been very happy with the service.

We LOVE our installation! They have been fabulous to work with. I am in awe of their timeliness, knowledge, and honesty. They were so understanding and patient with us as we learned more about the process and tried to decide what we wanted. They took care of all the permitting process which just made it a breeze. They got it all up so quickly and helped us with the transition. I will forever and always recommend them to anyone who asks! Really really awesome company.

I don't think I have ever seen so much disrespect from a company in regards to just asking a couple questions about their business and operations. I don't know what title Norm holds but he is completely disrespectful, rude, and apparently doesn't like being asked questions.

Wow, I can honestly say I'm unsure as to where these other reviews are coming from, I just spoke to Norm whom I believe is the owner of the company and I was met with some of the most hostility from a person over the phone I think I have ever received. All I did was ask some information and what services Progressive provides, Norm then chewed me out over the phone, insulted me, then hung up on me without giving me an opportunity to defend myself. Really unprofessional and distasteful.
